The place was clean, I booked the a twin room with views of city, everything was very good. The location offered was GREAT and amazing right by the train station good service, Ruissalo, and the train arrival platform.

Our modern double room had a lovely view! the bathroom was well-equipped with a shower, hair dryer, and even a bidet 🚿.

The rooms here are stylish and quite spacious. the buffet breakfast is good, and the bed is super comfy - just like being at home! 🛏️

We had a great stay at Original Sokos Hotel Kupittaa. the hotel is comfortable with good facilities, including a sauna and bar. the room was quiet and we slept well on the comfortable beds. We loved the creative room decoration with a map of the area and QR codes for local attractions. the room had excellent equipment, allowing us to connect our own streaming services to the TV and even had an iPad. the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the service was efficient. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs, and we felt safe and at home throughout our stay. Cons: Nothing to dislike. 😊.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was charming and it made me feel right at home. The general areas were also very well-maintained and clean. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The ramps and handrails made it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any difficulties.

I would have asked for a better vacation experience for senior people if there were more staff available to assist with our needs. The children working there were friendly, but they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed and unable to provide the level of attention and assistance that senior guests might require.

Great breakfast and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to a major university and within walking distance of the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities were top-notch, including a well-stocked gym and swimming pool. The conference rooms were spacious and well-equipped for business meetings.

The cleaning service was not up to par. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the bed was not made to satisfaction.

The hotel here was incredibly convenient for me, as it was located right above the train platform. This made it so easy for me to arrive and depart, especially in the icy weather. I also really appreciated the fact that their bistro stayed open until 10PM, giving me the option to grab a bite to eat even when I arrived late. The cozy lounge that was open all night was also a great touch, allowing me to relax outside of my room. The service at this place was outstanding, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. I was so satisfied with my stay that I've already made a reservation for next spring!

I highly recommend this venue to other travelers.
